Budget insurance and it’s baby tyre and rim ****mers ****s

Tyre and rim cover threw me under the bus. Budget comprehensive cover too couldn’t assist me in replacement of my BMW 318i rim that was certified by Tyremart as not gonna be repairable. They insisted that I go to Tyger wheel and tyre which is more than 120 plus kilometres away from me. It’s been more than 3 months since nagging on them. But no help. It’s all about we will investigate we will investigate. Their consultant sold me a car hire service never informed me that should we have any mechanical problems with the vehicle we won’t be assisted. Budget insurance is all about diving and ducking. I’m indeed in a process of finding a better insurance company than this empty promises budget insurance.
