Budget insurance and incompetence! I spoke to a male consultant on the 25th regarding deductions for my car insurance, he did not explain to me the correct reason as to why they didn’t deduct he said they tried to deduct on the 22nd(not the mandate) and found nothing on my account he will then deduct same say(25) which he did bit today I woke up to another deduction and they failing to refund me which will inconvenience my debits I dont know where will the extra money for the penalties will come from since the incompetence and inconvenience its not my fault. It is always Budget Insurance that will unnecessarily get to my last nerve. They better refund me, im really ready and happy to take my business somewhere else
