Budget Insurance and Fleet VIP Solutions

I was involved in an accident in June 2019. i put in a claim and my claim was approved. What followed after was a nightmare, I was told to take my car to Fleet VIP services in Florida. My car was in there for a max of 36 days i was sent from pillar to post by these panel beaters. Budget eventually got involve but they did not care enough what my grievances were with the panel beaters. i kept on being promised that the car would be ready on a certain day and then i would be phoned only to be told that its at the painters. so many lies and excuses. i have been paying insurance diligently not even one missed monthly payment in other instances they would debit my account earlier than the agreed date. I eventually got my car back on the 31st of July 2019. To my surprise the bumper was never replaced rather refurbished they claimed to have bought a new grill - guess what also refurbished and so badly painted. The worst was the next morning my car would not start - i then realized my battery had been swapped i had given an old battery not my battery. Its so disappointed the amount of thievery from Telesure group and their affiliated so called service providers. a lady by the name of Vanessa at Fleet told me i should be grateful at least she was keeping me updated imagine the cheek. Complained to Budget by sending an to Bonjo Makgabo guess no care in the world. Cause you know why - you just another number not valued customer. People stay away from Fleet VIP and any insurance under The Telesure Group. Your car will never be the same again. Corporate thievery at its best
