Budget insurance and Dmac stole part from my vehicle

2nd of November i got bumped by a truck the rear bumper fell off and the rear door was damaged, i called Budget insurance they towed the vehicle to Dmac the vehicle was perfectly fine and running and drivable then they told us we not covered for such things fine then they brought back the vehicle to my house the vehicle is not starting i thought it was a battery i used my neighbors still nothing when i check the the vehicle two relays are missing the computer box is grinderd i called them emailing them but nothing has been done. Then went to Dmac for a footage they said from the day my vehicle arrived to the 10th they don't have any footage budget insurance is working with ******* up until today no one is giving me answers on top of that they want me to pay for the vehicle to be checked what's missing my car is still parked Budget and Dmac are *******. Please don't use Budget insurance
