Budget insurance and Dalz Libetrans

Hi , I am Nqabisa Vumazonke. I have an insurance with Budget. On the 8 November 2021. I had an accident. They took my car to Dalz Libetrans Vootrekker Road Bellville. Since then they dont know when my car will be firnished. I am calling them every week. I am Physically disabled. i bought this new car Haval Jillion 2021 to help me to travel to work. I am paying the car and paying insurance. This is unfair to me and my kids. its raining and cold . I must go and catch buses and taxis. I am suffering. This is painful.
