BUDGET INSURANCE Agents coluding with 1stHelp towers
Got Bumped by their client 31/01/26 I refused for my car to be towed their agent sends autherasation number tell me to allow 1st Help to tow my vehicle Ill claim as a third party on the same autheration number they sent to their client who forward the autheration details to the towing guy who sent it to me,seeing I did not have insurance I liston to the stupid agent,now all of a sunday they do not cover towing.on the12/03/2026 to request the voice recording their agent puts me on hold 20min and hang up what a wow lol!
