Budget insurance

On the 3rd December 2024 I have send a mail to budget insurance business canceling my insurance with them and they still debited my account I did send them a second mail concerning cancelation in December 2024 and one of their consultants contacted me trying to convince me otherwise and I told him I am canceling as I no longer require the cover still they have been debating my account for over three months these morning I contacted them requesting refund for the money they have been debating amounting to R10 000 and consulted told me there is no refund and when I was getting cross as these money is too much he said he will put the phone down
