Budget insurance a *******!!!!!

I have been paying for this service for longer than I care to remember and with with Budget I have never actually claimed anything for my car...until last month. The amount of information they wanted was just plain scary....every little detail was requested. Bear in mind that this is a top up insurance for scratch and dents...the ding you get at the mall...the scratch of people parking to close to your car...and of course when you misjudge the space you have versus the actual space. Budget did everything in their power not to pay....we were told to send them photos of our cars...then closer ones. Only to have them say they don't cover rust...when some of the scratches rusted because we live 2km from the ocean. My claim was denied....because....wait for it.....IN 2014 I MADE A SIMI**** CLAIM WITH ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY......8 years ago and not even with them!!!! What exactly is going on here when this insurance was sold to me saying we could claim every couple of months to keep our car looking good??? On top of that they want to send my husbands car to their service provider who we got inferior service from a year ago when my husband was in an accident??? Budget Insurance has become a *******! I refuse to just stand by an take it! We have become too complacent! They take our hard earned money and the minute we claim they look for reasons to refute the claim???
