Budget Insurance a BIG NO!!!!

We've been clients at Budget insurance +-8years... We've paid our monthly installments every month on time, now that we have a claim and plus our very first claim, a assessment was done, no contact was made and we decided to make contact with them, just to tell us they don't cover it. We explained it was the engine, what the mechanic is saying and still the assessor came to check only to now tell us theres nothing they can do... For +-8years, our very own money, trusting in a insurance and this is the outcome.
