Budget Household Content is a *******. I submitted a claim after a house break- in around March 2023. My claim was not successfully approved because I had previously submitted a claim with a third party Insurance 3 years back. I don't know if I have to Predict unforeseen incidents and circumstances to prevent them from happening. The Assessor who was handling my claim was negative, insensitive, made estimation and Price suggestions Which led my cover to be over what I am covered for. I was later advised that I am underinsured and that I need an upgrade with a higher premium and cover. what is it that I need to pay for whereas they cant even honor what I have signed for. Watch out for this Insurance, Money ****ming Insurance.
