Budget Insurance
I was involved in an accident on the 07.03.2022 at Rustenburg and my car was taken to P&S Panel beater in Rustenburg, I'm based in Gauteng.
Till to date my car is still at panel beater which they say they are struggling to get part that fit in properly (VW Polo Right Bumper Grill without Fog Lamp Hole), the one they ordered when they fit them in the car there's a gap.
I had to return cartesy car on 06.04.2022 because the insurance refused to extend it, currently I don't have a car and I'm struggling to do things and frustrated as I don't have any means of transport and have to go to work.
Its not my fault that they can't find the correct part,it's an inconvenience for me right now,the worst part of it is when the car is ready for collection I have to arrange someone to take me to Rustenburg at my expense to collect the car, but the insurance is deducting my account every month.

It seem like they don't want to meet me half way,when ever I ask them about cartesy car they tell me that I should hire it myself and the rental cars will give me a discount as I'm with them (budget).
The only feedback/update received was from the panel beater which they don't know the estimated time of the part arrival,I have been getting the same update from them for a month now. This it's exhausted.
