Budget Insurance

This is by far the worst decision from budget insurance ive ever seen. I have lodged a 3rd party claim of someone who reversed into my car. Telesure only want to pay out R8000 after ive sent quotation on my car to be R18000 - R22000 Ive even gone so far to talk to a manager and he said i should have veen given an option on either the repair to be done or a payout i was just told by Makgotso al**** that i should take the 8k as its the final offer. This is pathetic service from budget insurance
