Budget insurance.

Budget is the worse insurance company. Still waiting for them to get my excess recovery money back from the 3rd party. Since March 2022 and still no positive feedback. I’m rather told my chances of getting my money back is very slim. I thought they would fight for me and prove that their service is only the best but I’m at a point where I think they are pathetic and don’t give a damn about their customers. As long as they get their money from me every month they couldn’t care less that I want my money back especially because I was not the one to cause the accident!!!
