Budget insurance

When they what you to sign up with them they promise you things like when you complete a year with them they will review your policy and bring down your premium, which is absolutely a lie, I've used budget insurance for a year now, to my surprise i found out from my bank statement that my premiums had been increased by over R600,when I call to enquire i was told that I had to call for the review since I didn't, it went up upon asking them about the supposed decrease in premiums I was told they can decrease a bit from the premium they had enforced as my car parts are getting expansive when I asked why the premium was increasing while the car was depreciating.
