BUDGET INSURANCE
still waiting for them to give me feedback i was called by someone from budget she promised me to escalate the matter to warrantly claims department, i have not received any call since than they way their services is very poor im even thinking of cancelling my car insurance with them since i experience this poor services from them. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR COLLEQUES BECAUSE THEY WILL BE PAYING FOR SERVICE THEY WONT EVEN GET. WASTE OF MONEY. Hello peter you've been asking me this question for the 3 time why cant you publish clearly they wont help with anything, so people can also comment about the satisfaction with budget or what

19 Mar 2024, 10:14when Budget says they rep**** me privately where because they only sent me a message they cant get hold of me when i tried to call the number the left on the message i don't even get respond i hold a phone from 8;45 until 10;10 without ant assistance. truly speaking they just take me for a ride, they know very well that they wont help me. i regretted the day i join Budget insurance month end im also cancelling my car insurance because i can see im just paying for nothing. and you cant even make reversal on the app cause it doesnt have an option.
