Budget insurance

Bathong I'm so frustrated not even sure if this is the correct platform to even share my frustration. My car accident was rejected by budget insurance and fair enough I accepted the rejection and dealt with the reality that I have to fix my car and the financial constraints of fixing my car but now it is worse dealing with the fact that my car was returned st********** and was left with just the body of it. My most expensive parts of the car was ****** and swapped now I wonder if the insurance companies are aware of these damages and theft or they don't care or is it a gender issue or race issue. The guys who are stripping our cars must be dismissed. It's difficult to be repairing your car and the damages caused by a selfish person at the storage premises of our insurance companies. Why are we still paying high insurance premiums after all. Doesn't budget insurance have a system of assessing a car when it enters their storage premises and when it exit the premises to make sure that should the car claim be rejected at least the client still receive it in the same condition it was when they received it??? It is really not fair. Either Budget insurance is not protecting its customers or someone is taking advantage of their insecured premises of their storages. Sorry I am having sleepless nights about this inconvenience.
