Budget insurance

Budget arranged for my car to be taken in to re-new it greenstone. My car has been there for two weeks already and they ate telling me that the parts only arrived this week and it may take a furthur 2-3 weeks to repair. I have had to take the rental car back to eurocar and I am now without a car. My car had minor damages but how is it taking more than a month to repair? Why am I now without a car when it is your panel beaters that are taking longer to repair my car? I am disatisfied with the service and considering that my monthly premium is high and my access is also high. I will be changing my insurance after this claim as I am not getting value for my money!
