Budget Insurance

<p> Wow they have done it again. Firstly my car gets ****** and they won't pay out. Then i cancell another insurance and request my money back for the rest of the month and get told NO you are insured to the end of the month. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Or maybe they need to go onto the radio and surprise a shopper with groceries to get publicity with my money.</p> <p>What a lot of .................... your guys A CHEAP AND NASTY INSURANCE. BUDGET MY AR..........</p>

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint. Kindly be advised that the insurance premium runs on a month to month basis and is in addition paid in advance to ensure you enjoy cover for the month ahead. We wish to refer you to our policy terms and conditions on page 3; where it is stated 'if you cancel your policy during the course of an insured month, the premium paid for the rest of that specific month will not be refunded to you. We have however requested the manager of our underwriting department to listen to the cancellation request and advise accordingly based on what was said in the call itself. We have received confirmation that a Business Decison has been taken to refund you the balance of the premium from the date of cancellation for the month of May in the amount of R464.85.

The monies will be available in your account within 3-5 working days.
