Budget insurance
I have insurance with budget, my son was involved in a car accident with my car on the 25th September 2021. It took a month to approve my car. My claim consultant was never there to take my calls. At the end my claim was approved a month later. After the approval that’s when she suddenly became nice because it was time for ratings. She influenced my rating and asked me to rate her services on hello Peter. I was going to but I decided to wait until the whole process is complete. Now my car has been with the renew panel beaters for just over two weeks. They are now telling me they don’t have part, they will get them from overseas which might take more than 3 weeks when I expressed my dissatisfaction because car hire is only for a month and we are going towards December I might get my car next year and since my car is drivable I want it back until they have parts rather than unnecessarily inviting cost on a rental car. Renew panel beaters told me to go to my insurance. My insurance, budget that was eager for me to rate them on hello Peter they are now pulling me from polar to post. I have to call more than once a day. No one wants to talk to me, not even the claim consultant that was eager for me to rate her. She is now saying the claim is closed she doesn’t want to talk to me. I get different answers from different consultant. I am being ignored on the call. Phindile Ndlovu flatly refused to put me through her supervisor instead opting to keep quiet and not responding. Telling me I just have to wait.

however I remain disappointed with your service. Even after I complain about your service and the treatment I am receiving from your panel beaters renew it. And you responded promising to attend to the matter.
Budget assessor calls me yesterday to give me feedback and he decide to side with the panel beaters calling me a ****, believing the panel beaters that I insulted her on the phone. On top of that budget assessor accused me of playing race card confirming that he listened to the recording and he heard me clearly insulting the renew it panel beater manager on the phone. I requested that recording that he claimed to have. He promised to send it that was yesterday morning, I am still waiting for it even now. Even your panel beaters, renew it, I requested them for that recording it is still not coming even now. I then called budget assessor to follow up on the recording, I couldn’t get hold of him on top of that I found out that he was even lying he’s not the assessor allocated to my car he’s just budget assessor who for some reasons was handling my quiry when I requested my vehicle to be removed.
Renew it is now changing the story saying the budget assessor never listened to the recording and they will not be able to give me the recording despite promising me that they will send it. They are now not sure why budget assessor is saying he listened to it. I am not sure now who is lying budget assessor or renew it panel beaters.
Budget assessor was so arrogant and telling me the parts have long be ordered by the panel beater I should just go and pay 50% of the access if I want my car. So clearly budget is taking sides, siding with the panel beaters despite the treatment I’m receiving from them.
I know that budget assessor is lying because the panel beaters told me that they were only placing the order on Tuesday the day I requested the insurance to move my car to another panel beaters not long ago stated by budget assessor.
My experience with budget is really traumatic. I’m really not sure why are you even still using renew it because my story is not any different from what I read on their reviews. They treat clients bad and they don’t care. They know insurances like budget will continue to support them no matter what like your assessor who chose to lie and be biased.
I am sure my lawyer would be able to help me to get that recording. I want my car removed from those panel beaters.
