BUDGET INSURANCE – FANTASTIC SERVICE I live in Gauteng and have a small vehicle with my son in Durban which my daughter in Law drives regularly. In April she had an accident and we called Budget Insurance to report the incident. I only had this insurance since December 2021. Budget Insurance uplifted the vehicle and within 2 or 3 days they called to report that the vehicle was uneconomical to repair. I have to commend Jamie Chetty who undertook to keep me updated and when she said she will call me on a Thursday, or in 3 days’ time you can be sure that you will receive her call. Remember that she had to deal with myself in Gauteng and my son in Durban. Within 3 weeks the claim was settled and if it was not for me causing delays, I believe it would have been settled earlier, Because of the excellent service from Budget Insurance (Jamie Chetty) I also insured another vehicle with Budget Insurance (Victoria Janett) at a very reasonable rate. I had experiences from various insurers (King Price – nightmare) and (Dot Sure – ABSOLUTE nightmare) but never had such a pleasant experience as from Budget Insurance. Don’t fool yourself by answering to the ******** who want to sell insurance to you like Dot Sure. Go directly to Budget Insurance. You don’t have to be waiting for hours for the phone to be answered and you don have to wait for weeks to settle your claim.
