Budget Ins repairs vehicles with used spares!!!!

I was in a car accident on 24 July 2015. The assessor phoned me the same day at about 17h00 and advised me that the costs to accident damage is R 45 000 and that the bonnet is repairable. During the course of the week I contacted Budget insurance to get an update on the claim and to find out if they should require anything else from me. I also requested a copy of the assessors quote. Upon receiving this I see that the quote is now down to R 24 000.<br> <br> I enquired from the suppliers that is listed on the quote and they are using second hand parts on my car. Parts from other used vehicles, they will also be using BODY PUTTY to save. I have advised them that I've only had my car for 6 months and that I took out an extended warranty on my vehicle, if new and quality parts are not used I will lose my warranty!<br> <br> THEY DO NOT CARE if I lose my warranty as my warranty is not endorsed by BMW. Who will reimburse for the money paid on my warranty? What if something goes wrong on my car after their repairs and warranty is no longer there? <br> <br> If I wanted my car repaired by a backyard mechanic using second hand parts I would have done this. <br> <br> What is the use of having insurance?!
