Budget ins Pathetic/no service to 3rd party claims

I met in an accident on 19 November 2015 & was knocked by a budget insurance client. I first sent an email to them with all documentation regarding the accident and received no response. I then contacted budget insurance and spoke to Shaun from the legal department. He than requested me to send through additional documentation including an Affidavit from the police station, which I send through the very next day. I then called and arranged for then to fetch my vehicle for an assessment. They collected my vehicle on 24 December 2015. I then got no feedback regarding the vehicle untill I called them, and since then Shaun has suddenly been unavailable to take my call. I spoke to another person in the Legal department who then notified me that the assessment was complete and arranged for my vehicle to be dropped at my house again. I have since been trying to get hold of Shaun, he is never available and does not reply to any emails I send. I have a wife and two kids(5 &amp
