Budget Ins_Legal Dept just doesnt care

Since June 2019, been victim to road accidents x2. Paid R11k excess still with open close shut cases, no recoveries to date? 6 months really Budget team? Process Been nightmare. Call numerous times, anyone receives just says working on it. You email attending parties, no bother to respond/offer any form of feedback. Yes calling out those deaf ears.. you_Waldin Rass <***>, Tshegofatso Moja <***> incl Recoveries General mailbox <OA Recoveries • ***>. To Budget Management you seriously need to reconsider/revive your client retention strategy starting with optimising your support structures. Step 1_Change your legal aid service to another that actualy gives a damn. We pay premiums monthly expecting peace of mind being law obiding citizens we dont loose BUT seems likes Budget doesnt care to look after their own. I want my recoveries done before end of 25 Dec 2019 or you lost another client!!! Dont call me with excuses call me when its done ***, ***. @Budget Ins... redeem yourselves!!!

Budget Team, I've had one call since 2019 with no progress reports to date. Im gravely appaled no words can express. I cant understand how the guilty parties still gets away without settling their liabilities. Whats the point of even promoting/having Excess Recovery feature when we cant get any justice. Must i beg and go to extreme for attention?

Team Budget, we 11 months in (almost 1 year) since claims lodged and still no progress with my recoveries. Please note i refuse to just lay down and write off R11 000> wont happen. I need results. Bet my bottom rand no one has followed up to date with my claims but once someone's read this add on negative review il get a phone call (if im lucky maybe an email) and dead silence again. How long is this expected to drag out. Is this how loyal premium paying customers are serviced? I strongly feel this couldve been finalised/closed months back but becos its not your money..no one cares right? I will keep posting on this till someone in Budget takes the initiative to get some form of solid results. As of today nearly 1 year later, to all those current Budget customers and potential clients...think twice> Budgets after sales service (excess recovery dept specifically) sucks worse than history of sucking!!!

Can you believe the audacity here... so brazen Budget Excess Recovery not to even bothered to drive results on thier side no one cares that simple so long as its not thier money it doesnt matter! until you stop paying premiums/notify to cancel its matter of seconds your cell gets lit up now when you pay excess for claims not your fault and entitled for reimbur*****t, you remain the one out of pocket. Budget, il say this as politely as i can> your excess recovery is just useless and a waste of valuable resources. Your customers should be aware you only deliver half of your promises. You offically have given me a bad taste for Short Term Insurers i wouldnt get rid of easliy now. So disappointing!
