Budget - Inefficient customer service to existing clients

I am currently insured with Budget and been a loyal customer for many years, having my property and 2 vehicles insured. I have had no vehicle claim in the past 18 years. I have done a comparison quote with Outsurance on 1 vehicle, who have quoted cheaper. I went back to Budget and they refused to negotiate to lower my premium as compared to Outsurance. It simply show that Budget is not prepared to maintain their customers as the Consultant was not willing to assist in any way and it was a very unprofessional service that i received. Budget seem to have a negative approach in retaining customers and ultimately i will be moving to a more reputable Insurer for less.
