Budget Increased my premiums for working close to work.

I moved from Pretoria (which is considered a high risk area) to Midrand (considered a low risk area compared to Pretoria), and when I informed Budget Insurance to change my address/residential area I was told that my premiums will increase, I really don't understand why budgets will increase my premiums for moving to a low risk area and close to work (I use to travel 80+ kilometers from work to Pretoria and I now travel less than 25 kilometers) despite all this Budget Insurance increased my premiums. I really fail to understand why they will do this.

Last year around December Budget Insurance increased my Premiums, Excess and Wheel-screen glass Excess even when I didn't claim and my vehicle's value is depreciating. All they want is just money, they always find a reason to increase premiums(fail to understand why you will increase Premiums, Excess and Wheel-screen glass Excess all at the sometime).daytime *******.
