Budget Horror Show

I had an accident on the 25th February 2022, at first they said they would write off the vehicle and then changed their decision. This was the beginning of a horror show by them, I was told I would get my car in two weeks which turned into 5,5 months of waiting. After getting the car back, I found that my GPS NAVI card disappeared, my battery died because it was idled for over 5 months, cooling problems, scratch on my door and interior dashboard. Reporting anything to them is literally a waste of airtime because no one gets back to you. Their assessor for the case named Anton is also non-existent.
