Budget Home Insurance, please pay back my money. y

Budget bome insurance is not willing to refund my 50% contribution for dual insurance whereby I had dual insurance between them and Standard Bank (who is the bondholders) and who have written numerous letters to Budget proving dual insurance. Budget is not willing to refund me arguing that the RISK ADDRESS from Standard Bank Insurance differs from the one they have on their insurance cover. The Erf numbers however, from both covers matches. Standard Bank Insurance, thanks to hellopeter, have refunded me. Can a company like Budget,which cover details is informed by the bondholders m(Standard Bank) refute to refund a client only due to differing house addresses on their covers whereas the most important thing, Erf number and client details is similar? I have only been refunded for one month whereas I have been with Budget since August 2018. They are looking for a reason not to pay all my money. I would NEVER advise anyone to be with Budget insurance. Hellopeter please intervene. Maria
