Budget has let me down once again

I've been repeatedly asking for someone to call me so that I can have my excess reduced on my policy. Finally after asking for two weeks for someone to phone me, Umlungisi has phoned me to answer my questions. Sadly though he was not answering my questions, he was not listening to what I was asking and he was talking over me. I did not appreciate him saying "like I was saying" all the time, that was rude. Why do I have to struggle so often with Budget to get a straight answer or to get someone to email / call me back? Umlungisi did not even seem to know the answers to my questions so told me any old thing.

Additionally my car has been standing at the panel beater's for two months now, unusable and the panel beater took his sweet time. Why do I pay a full premium for a car that I cannot even use nor have access to?
