Budget has got poor and unprofessional service to its customers which I would not recommend anyone to use them

<p> </p> <p>Budget insurance is a worse company that I would never reccomend anyone to join.</p> <p>I have been hijacked a car on 14 August 2016. The matter was reported to tracker which they could not get /recover the vehicle so far and also the case was opened at Krugersdorp Police station.</p> <p>On the 16th I have met the representative from budget who was handling my claim his name is Neels de Jagger, He asked me to show him where hijacked happened and where I was dropped off of which I did. He further requested me to complete some of the documents like letter of permission to have access to SAPS, Municipal Traffic Department, Vehicle tracking, CCTV Footage etc., request to access to record of private body and affidavit for them to get information from MTN Service provider which I did.</p> <p>Again he requested me to give him the cell phone number of the patrol attendant that I used his cell when I report the matter to the tracker and request to access logs from the company that I am working for as well as the time I swapped at Spar which the on the bank statement it was showing the date and not the time and again he further requested a videos from my work for the last day I parked my vehicle at work which I feel is irrelevant to the case, he said to me he wants to confirm the existence of the car but before he asked me as to where do I service my car, they further requested certificate from a traffic department for my car and report from tracker which is enough evidence that the car existed .</p> <p>On the 23 of August he called again to confirm the regular driver of my car again, the company that he worked for. I told him it’s my brother but he has left Transnet but because and gave him his cell phone number since he was looking for his work address and staff that I can’t answer and I have been answering same question 3 times that the regular driver is my brother, I have other cars that I drive infact I have two high performance cars under my name + my wife car that I drive. He called my brother trying to trick him thinking maybe l am lying to him. regardless of the regular driver of the car, because I am the owner and the car is under my name I guess I am allowed to drive it as well less time than him.</p> <p>I have been told that the matter will be investigated for 12 days, today we are at day 10 and if you can look above what they are requesting from me, is like I stole the car myself, all they asking is irrelevant to the case where does the service of my car, regular drivers etc fits in to this case, instead of helping me, they busy finding a way out from my matter. I have recorded everything and prepared to fight this until my matter is settled. I cannot pay expensive monthly premium for being treated as ********.</p> <p>Worse worse worse my claim has been registered and I never received a claim number from them which is funny</p> <p>Budget have lots of stories and I would not recommend anyone to join this insurance company because of the way they handle their matters , everything not professional.
