Budget gives your banking details to their 3rs parties

I had a policy with budget insurance which I cancelled last month due to ridiculous excess after over 7years of loyalty. When I got insurance for my last car a tracker was thrown into the Mix that was to be administered by netstar.

Budget has given my banking details to netstar who have been attempting to debit my account. Why would budget do that? Is it even legal? I am supposed to consent to my banking details being forwarded to a 3rs party. Becareful when you get into a relationship with these people. Needless to say I will be speaking to my fleet manager as we will to see if we can move our fleet to another more reputable company. Lord knows where we will end contractually with these people. No integrity at all
