Budget for nothing
Claim ref ********** 42/2 was submitted in August for a leaking roof They sent out an inspector and then advised that the claim was approved No one has come to do the work I have repeatedly phoned Budget to tell them that nothing has been done The people there say that they will investigate but nothing happens They won't give me an email address to complain You can only call that way you have no proof that you have complained many times My roof is still leaking

The contractor contacted me a few days later
Two men came to fix the roof and paint the ceiling
They were very pleasant and worked well and neatly
