Budget fails to refund
I'm actually very dissappear with Budget.
I canceled my car policy in mid December 2022. On the 25th of January they still debited my account.
I was informed via email that my money would be done in 7days.
Today when I call to find out on the status of the refund, I was advised that the request was only done today. So I will probably only get a refund on the 9th.
It's almost 15days
