Do not use Budget Insurance as your insurer. Heartless and extremely unhelpful with claims and client liaisons.

I was involved with a accident a year ago with Kashiefa, one of their clients, who skipped a stop street and hit me. I roled and totalled the car, after 2 months, eventually came into contact with them, after another 2 months, they offered me R18 000. The car is written off completely, I explained to them that I can't accept this amount, one can't buy a working, reliable car for that price. The lady told I spoke with said she would get back to me, still waiting, 10 months later : not acceptable by my standards, I may be wrong. I explained to them I am a full time Pastor, I use my vehicle to transport goods, food to various communities and do hospital visitations. I have been driving uber ever since. An attorney in my congregation is going to help me now to take this matter further, I will also launch an awareness raising post on facebook and contact the local newspaper regarding the level of professionalism they have, I will not leave this matter like this, if they are doing this with me, I have an obligation to inform people who Budget Insurance truly is.

So before you look at an insurer, keep the above stated in mind, Budget Insurance is not a good insurer, not in the least.
