Budget don't care about clients

A few months ago Budget repaired my vehicle through a certain panel beater. This was December 2018 I have been complaining to Budget since then about the following:

Supplier advised that the bull bar for my bakkie can not be supp**** and I was asked to choose between 3 others. When I got my bakkie back, the old bull bar was still on there. According to insurance they paid the supplier for a new bull bar.

Since then, whenever I phone Budget they just put me through to the supplier. They didn't once phone me to find out if the issue is resolved or once contacted the supplier about this.

Budget don't care about me - so I have cancelled my policy and moved to the next insurance.
