Budget doesn't wanna cancel my car insurance

I wantcancel my car insurance instead the consultant gave me a financial advise ise instead of canceling my policy. I don't need any financial advise from Budget they did not give me financial advise while I was insured with them now they want to give me one because m canceling. I need help from these ********
