Budget doesn’t value their clients!!
Budget increased our premiums by nearly R1k without our knowledge. Then proceeded to reject our claim for a car that was involved in an accident for no solid reason. To top it all off, J.P Jonker, who verifies claims is not only rude but he undermines people. (That is actually an understatement, but I have no words). DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUDGET INSURANCE!!
