BUDGET DOES NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

The onboarding process is so easy, the staff is friendly and so professional. Claiming is a whole different story.

I’m dealing with a claim consultant Delini Naidoo, horrible agent!!!. She is condescending, at this point I feel like the process is a favour not her job. she doesn’t make notes nor does she listen to the previous recordings for clarity.

This whole experience is a complete waste of my time.

I have asked one more than one occasion to be assigned to a different agent, that is completely ignored. Budget insurance doesn’t not respect their customers.

Lesson learnt, let me start shopping for another insure.
