Budget does not deliver

I would like to complain in regards to my car being repaired after being involved in an accident. The car was fixed but ever since I got my car back I've had to take it back several times to be fixed, and that make me wonder if they really checked what had to be done to the car or they just did a rush job, I'm not happy right now because something else is not right with the car as we speak and it really makes me upset the way my car was fixed
