Budget does not care / only takes debit orders

Budget like clock work take your debit order for insurance, and never miss a beat. I was involved in an accident, and the tow truck driver was more helpful then budget, but they processed my claim and towed my car and then all the problems started. Budget chose the company to repair my vehicle, with no consult to me, nor asking me if it was okay. Budget decided it was cheaper to repair my parts then replace the parts, again no consult to me. The repairer company took 6 weeks to do a 3 week job, they then sent my car to me 4 weeks ago, and each time I drive the car there is an issue and it needs to go back. I have contacted budget to seek assistance, but each time their consultants merely phone the repairer and i get the same excuse. I have asked for the assessor at budget to contact me, this was 3 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for that call

@budget, how do you approve a repair on a car whose front was smashed, the tyre completely damaged, many parts in the front of the vehicle repaired, but yet they do not replace the drum, they do not replace the brake discs or brake pads? is this the type of companies you choose to do business with?

based on your poor performance and the poor performance of the repairer, I am planning to move my insurance elsewhere
