Budget didn't pay my burst wheel claim. They requested I drive a car with a burst Tyre to the nearest Tyger wheel

Budget insurance refused to pay my Tyre burst claim. They requested that I drive my car to get assessed in order for them to pay the claim. That's putting my life in more danger and the car rim in a worser state. I recently had a Tyre burst and budget say I must still drive my car to the nearest Tyger wheel for the threads of the Tyre to be assessed. I asked them how do I drive a car with a damaged wheel they said that's the only way they can assist me.

Imagine if it's an accident.... If they can't pay for a burst Tyre... What will happen if they have to pay off the bank for write offs.
