Budget Dent & scratch just hogwash

After been a loyal customer with this company, convincing me to stay as my car will remain in good condition and I put through a claim only to be told that my car appear to have scratches in my front bumper therefore claim rejected.<br> <br> According to my view there are no scratches on the bumper its just how budget will do anything to reject a claim. If this is how they preach customer service, I guess they should stick to sponsoring perfect weddings than insuring the nation.<br> <br> Knowing all the companies linked to budget, they will never see me insuring anything with them for their reckless advertising only to trick the consumer.
