Budget deducting my money after cancellation
I am Siphokazi Kobese , i have called the insurance and cancelled my contract and they did cancel my household whereas i wanted to cancel everything with them ,now they have deducted again plz assist , I called them and spoke to Wayne .I did call Budget about cancellation of car insurance 2022/05/27 –02h18 -claimed he did cancel for the second time – however they don't want to refund me , i am saying to them this is not my fault but their agent now its a battle help me to get my money .cancelled last month however deducted 649. 00 this month WHY I want my money

02 Jun 2022, 09:20i am still waiting ,i received a call saying budget will call me again so as to sort out the matter until today ,have taken my 690.00 and putting excuses i am fed up in these companies taking our cent and getting rich at the same time in our expense ,the money that we have worked for .
