Budget - Customer Service not very good.
My experience so far - great with service when you phone and follow up the whole time. Say you can amend your policy online but then they just you that they will phone you to do the changes - website not user friendly at all. Come on Budget - I moved to your policy and it was really good rates??? Why cant the service be as well!!
