Budget customer service is non existent and they take your money whether you have insurance with them or not.

Budget is pathetic. I cancelled my mechanical warrenty in May, and had to email 4 times before they actually listened. Instead of cancelling the just kept moving my start date to a new month?? No, 2 months later, I'm being debited for a plan I don't have!! I had 5 different cancelation letters from these people and they're STILL taking my money. Dealing with them is honestly just painful and exhausting. A flipping pandemic on its own. Pathetic
