Budget consultants are rude!!

I dealt with a consultant who was utterly rude. She honestly made me feel like I am the stupid. Alulutho Makhohliso That’s her name. I raised a complaint and even suggested they listen to the call recording but absolutely no one responded or called me or even acknowledged my complaint. I asked to speak to someone more senior but no one was available. Absolutely disgusting services. I cancelled with them immediately
