Budget claims inefficient
My father was in a car accident, at the beginning of the month,claim lodged,approved,assessment of damage done and repair required."Panelbeaters" contact him and say okay they are ordering the bumper portion that needs to be fixed.To date his still waiting for the repair.He followed up with budget last week and again today.His enquiry was "apparently escalated and he would receive a call back by the close of business, with feedback.Well close of business came and went and there us still no call with feedback or even movement towards his vehicle.being repaired.
