Budget claims

#budgetinsurance I’m so ****ed off with budgets. I’ve logged a claim and it was rejected due to the fact that the claim was logged while on waiting period. However I requested a recording since the consultant that I signed up with told me that as soon as the 3rd debit goes through

Now when try to follow the processing department says that call centre agents they normally inform their clients that they claim after 3 debit order goes through. But the processor normally rejects it
