Budget claims

One insurance I would never ever recommend to anyone, they are very good in ignoring their clients, would never mind putting you on hold when in need of assistance, how does one put a client on hold for 30 minutes and more? Then never have it in them to get back to you. I have never ever had a great experience with them, hense I left them and was left with machanical warranty from them, now I want to make a claim they are busy putting me on hold asking me to hold then exceeds 30 minutes holding. How possible is it that you can put a client on hold that long with no explanation. Worst insurance ever they excell in their poor service. Its clear clients don't matter to them after they have taken their money. One insurance I regret ever joining
