Budget claim department

I would like to people's attention that this Insurance has good market skills and getting people to take the insurance with them but they have a very very bad claim department. When promising to take an insurance with them they will call you everyday but the moment you fill a claim you will be the one calling them and sometimes they will even drop their calls while you are in a call with them.

I really had a very bad experience with them, I doubt they deserve to be rated amongst the best insurers because their consultants lack customer services skill. I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone.
