Budget Cheat People and get away with it.

I have been with Budget for about 3 to 5 years now and only did one claim where my car was dented in a parking area. Budget repaired this for me and no problems. On the 20th of Jan 2015 I was in an accident where a taxi bashed me from behind. I call into budget to put in a claim just to find out that my Excess has doubled and more! From R 3800-00 to R 8770-00 with no notification. Then they revere me to a service center (Lehlobo Autobody Repairers (LAR)) for repairs on my car. So on the 28th of Jan 2015 I take my car to them, they strip the car and tell me that they will only get the last part on the 11th of Feb. I have only one car and to hire a car for two weeks and more will cost so much. They did not even let me know that it will take this long just strip the car and give bad news. That is a load of B.S. They Cheat people so bad and some people can not afford there changes and skellem ways. Asking Budget what the hell the the service center are doing and they do not know what is going on and not even call there clients to find out if all is to your satisfaction.
